Esto Perpetua Award

In 2022, Ryan Hatfield received the prestigious Esto Perpetua Award for his quarter century’s worth of efforts in documenting Idaho’s hunting history. This award is given by the Idaho State Historical Society and the Governor of Idaho “in honor and recognition of significant contributions to the preservation of Idaho history”. Ryan was the first person to ever receive the award on the subject of hunting, which of course is an important part of Idaho’s history and heritage. First Lady Teresa Little presented the award.
